The other reviews you’ve read are all accurate! This tour was wonderful. We had Max, Peter’s son, as our tour guide and he was everything you could hope for in a guide — gracious, charming, patient, and knowledgeable. He wanted to know what we wanted to see and adjusted the trip when he could. We saw beautiful Melk Abbey, the incredible lake region of Hallstatt, and walked the streets of Salzburg. I really chose the tour because of Salzburg, but the other stops were just as enchanting. Max made sure we understood the historical significance as well as the culture of each point of interest, and he did so with humor and humility. I think he was the best tour guide we’ve had in our travels, and we’ve had some wonderful tours in our three trips to Europe over the last two years. I’m so glad we found this tour! I’m sure any tour offered by this company will be wonderful! It’s a family business and they take pride in what they do.

WOW - Peter is the most amazing tour guide and person!!! My husband/I booked him far in advance due to the great reviews, to make sure he was available for our 1st time in Vienna. History is my passion - and his delivery is spot on and easy to follow. His personality is FANTASTIC - so charming, warm, friendly, and fun. Truly like spending the day with an old friend. I requested to spend a full day with him and sent him sights wanted to see and not see, and he fully customized the tour for me and included hidden gems. We were in his wonderful Tesla - so cool!! Also had an amazing lunch with him at Cafe Demel (I also requested) and he was kind enough to get us reservations and a special table! Per my request, Peter picked us up from Schonnbrunn Palace (we did the audio tour there at 8:00am - great!) and we toured both major and minor sights in several districts, all were wonderful!! We did things by car, photo stops, and some walking per my request. Peter's full day price is maybe slightly more expensive than some other European city private tours we've done - but is soooooo worth it, and we would never want to tour with anyone else in Vienna! We've travelled for 20 years and Peter is truly one of the BEST, and by far the best of our recent almost 2 week journey through Central Europe doing private tours daily.
